Refund & Rescheduling Policy

 

Dynamic Ink Tattoo (Second Chance Tattoo LLC)

 

Thank you for choosing Dynamic Ink Tattoo. To ensure a smooth experience for both our artists and clients, please review our refund and rescheduling policies below:

 

 

Refunds

 

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. This includes:

 

  • Deposits made to secure your appointment

  • Prepaid session fees

  • Missed or canceled appointments

 

We take our scheduling seriously and block out significant time for each custom tattoo session. Because of this, refunds are not offered under any circumstances. However, we are happy to work with clients to reschedule when appropriate.

 

 

Rescheduling

 

We ask that you provide at least 14 days’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to adjust our calendar and offer the slot to another client.

 

Rescheduling with less than 14 days’ notice is at the sole discretion of the business and may result in forfeiture of your deposit or payment.

 

 

Emergency Situations

 

We understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. In these cases, please reach out to us directly as soon as possible. Any exceptions to the above policies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
